HeinOnline.org is a website providing access to a wealth of law reviews, geared mainly as a "pay" service for libraries. Check out their "HeinOnline Trial Access" from the home page and follow the links under "Guest Trial Access." The guest page allows access to three law journals, including about eighty-eight years worth of the Cornell Law Review.

The absence of an online NYS judicial directory has been the excellent focus of several of Joyce Purnick's NY Times "Metro Matters" columns . . .

. . . but we've found a site from www.law.com that might fill in the blanks until such a directory is published. Much of the information is dated and appears to have been updated last in March of 2002.
