A Valuable Resource - courtalert.com's Tip of the Week

Queens Supreme (Civil) Motion Parts Down 12/28 and 12/29

Please note that motion calendars will not be called in the motion parts of the Queens County Supreme Court, Civil Term, on Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2004 and Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2004.  Motions made returnable on these dates will automatically be adjourned by the Court to Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2005 and Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2005, respectively.  We are available to cover your motion appearances in this Court and all the Courts of the five boroughs of New York City on a daily basis.

WEBCRIMS site updated to include indictment information and calendar searches

WEBCRIMS -- the Unified Court System's future appearance site for criminal cases in the criminal and supreme courts in the Bronx, Dutchess, Erie, Kings, Nassau, New York, Orange, Putnam, Queens, Richmond, Rockland, Suffolk, and Westchester -- has recently been updated to include future criminal court calendars as well as the specific charges pending in a particular criminal action.  Click here to access the site.  Once in the site, you can perform either a case search (by docket number or defendant name) or a calendar search.

OCA Attorney Search Page Updated

The New York State Office of Court Administration has updated its Attorney Search page.  New search result features include the law school the particular attorney graduated from as well as the year admitted to practice in New York.  Click here to access the site.
