Electronic Filing Participation Encouraged in Some New York County IAS Parts

Please note that a number of the IAS Parts in New York County Supreme Court are encouraging counsel to participate in the Court’s Electronic Filing System. Justices Richter, Lehner, Smith, James, Kornreich and Sklar have joined the Justices of the Commercial Part in encouraging electronic filing.
