Ed Marion now a Sales Broker for ADF Attorney Disbursement Funds

I am pleased to announce that I have begun an affiliation as a Sales Broker and Financial Consultant with the Sales Department of Attorney Disbursement Funds (ADF | adffunds.com). I am excited about educating personal injury attorneys – both in New York State and beyond – about the cash flow freedom which ADF offers to their clients. ADF is a leading provider of case disbursement funding to law firms. Many leading law firms have recognized that disbursements paid by a firm serve as interest free loans to their clients, causing a loss of income to that firm. After establishing an ADF Case Disbursement Line of Credit, these firms no longer deal with cash flow issues because they have access to all the money they need to fund their disbursements. Unlike pre-settlement funding companies which give cash for specific law cases, ADF rates are more in line with commercial rates rather than high monthly compounding fees. Call me anytime at 917-687-8120 to schedule an online presentation and to apply for an ADF Case Disbursement Line of Credit.

View Live Surgeries online at OR-Live.com

One of the more interesting web sites I've come across recently is OR-Live.com. At their archives page, you can choose from several different operations to view. Not only are past live operations archived, but the archives are interspersed with narration and diagrams related to the specific procedure. This is a valuable site for any attorney needing to get up to speed on particular surgical procedures.

Self-Help Law Centers in NYC: We the People

On Feb. 4, 2004, we wrote that legal self-help online was a consumer trend long in progress. Now the New York Times reports that Giuliani Partners is helping the We the People Legal Form & Service Centers open 45 NYC franchises by June 2004. See, Moving in on New York Lawyers, NYT (Melinda Ligos), 2/15/04 (registration required). The Times reports that, nationwide, twenty-six lawsuits filed against We the People have failed and that three are pending.
