Full-Time Staten Island Supreme Court Per Diem Coverage Starting Monday, May 1, 2006

Starting Monday, May 1, 2006, we offer full-time coverage of your court appearances in Staten Island Supreme Court. Staten Island now joins the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan as boroughs where we offer full-time per diem coverage on your motions as well as your preliminary, compliance, trial scheduling and settlement conferences. Our core group of per diem attorneys now serves every Supreme Court County within New York City, the Supreme Courts of Nassau and Suffolk County (Riverhead) and the Civil Courts of the Bronx, Manhattan and Queens. Update: Queens Civil Motions Returnable 2/11/05 (Lincoln's Birthday Observed) Adjourned to 2/14/05

While she was waiting for the calendar call in Queens Civil yesterday, Swati Mantione heard the Part Clerk announce that all motions erroneously adjourned in Queens Civil to Friday, Feb. 11, 2005, have been automatically adjourned by the Court to Monday, Feb. 14, 2005.  The Court did not take into account that Friday, Feb. 11, 2005 is a Court Holiday on which Lincoln's Birthday will be observed.  As always, we are available for your per diem motion and conference appearances in Queens Civil Court every day of the week.

Everything Old is New Again - Welcome to Our New Law Blog

We've been quiet lately but certainly busy, converting our old web site into our new law blog, or blawg. In the new format, the archives are also categorized by subject matter so that you can use our tips, links and discovery resources more readily in your own law practices. In addition to the blawg, our old "web links" are now visible on the left and right columns of the site. We've also added a number of forms to aid you and your associates on preliminary conferences, compliance conferences and motions in the individual counties of New York City where we are available every day to cover your per diem court appearances. Finally, we've added a "My Yahoo" RSS link on our front page so that you can add our updates to your "My Yahoo" page and follow us on a daily basis.
