View Live Surgeries online at OR-Live.com

One of the more interesting web sites I've come across recently is OR-Live.com. At their archives page, you can choose from several different operations to view. Not only are past live operations archived, but the archives are interspersed with narration and diagrams related to the specific procedure. This is a valuable site for any attorney needing to get up to speed on particular surgical procedures.

Doctor, lawyer, spellbinding orator? . . . .

. . . all three seemingly apply to Michael A. Newdow, who argued (against) the "Pledge" case before the U.S. Supreme Court yesterday. While you may not find that oral argument online just yet, try listening to other great advocates at www.oyez.org, like Boies (Bush v. Gore) or Lessig (Eldred v. Ashcroft).
